The 2nd Annual Pinoy Reporter Tagumpay Awards took place at the SeaTac Hilton, recognizing outstanding Filipino Americans who have excelled in their respective communities, careers, and companies.
The categories include Excellence in Sports, Excellence in Entertainment, Excellence in Youth Leadership, Excellence in Engineering, Excellence in Health Care, Excellence in Public Service, Excellence in Community Leadership, Educator of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement.
Eighteen Filipinos were nominated for the awards. Through public voting, ten were recognized at the awards ceremony. This includes Josie and Bert Golla for entrepreneurship.
Josie and Bert Golla are the owners of Viewhaven Homes. Viewhaven is a provider of assisted living in Seattle, Washington, that is built on over 60 years of combined registered nursing and primary care experience.
